We are a high-tech retail mortgage lender looking for experienced loan officer assistants to support the sales team by proactively coordinating lead generation, lead management, and lead conversion opportunities.! If you want to get paid on your own generated loans as well as earn a high base salary plus per file bonus, then this is the company for you! No high-pressure sales tactics allowed! What you’ll do…


  • Proactively converts inbound and outbound leads into Prime/FHA mortgage loan applications.
  • Consultative sales of first mortgages (Purchase, Refinance, and Home Equity Loans in a telephone environment).
  • Recommends optimum product/rate program combinations to prospects. 
  • Accurately sources all business and logs all contacts with prospects.
  • Ensures compliance with applicable statutes and procedures.
  • Provides feedback on lead quality.
  • Meets required sales performance for pre-established funded loan volume goals.
  • Runs and understands DU/LP.
  • Processes the loan to include completing the VOE, reviewing assets, and calculating income.
  • Sends disclosures and ensuring compliance with TRID. 
  • Other duties as assigned.



Who you are…

 

This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008

Encompass experience a plus

Two years of commission-based mortgage sales experience or processing 
Two years of residential mortgage experience 

Loan origination and FHA experience is preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Extremely detail-oriented
Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary
Highly organized with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a timely manner
Demonstrated ability in providing superior customer service and consultative selling
Self-motivation and demonstration of initiatives
