A Day In the Life - What You'll Do:

  • Acts as an ambassador of the HomeSmart Brand.
  • Maintains knowledge of the companies many departments and daily schedules.
  • Directs agents, clients and staff.
  • Maintains knowledge of daily training classes to direct agents to the correct meeting room.
  • Maintains multiple phone lines.
  • Supports all HomeSmart offices, agents and staff.
  • Able to manage a wide range of administration tasks and projects.
  • Responsible for the organization and appearance of several areas throughout the world headquarters.
  • Assist with administrative responsibilities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Other traits you may have...

High School diploma or equivalent

2+ years of customer service experience

Must be comfortable managing changing priorities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Must be highly organized, detail oriented and resourceful
