We are looking for a passionate Enterprise Sales Rep to educate, attract, and empower real estate agents and teams to make the right decision in their choice of brokerage. You will build relationships, network, use social media to promote recruiting events, and connect with agents across the valley!
A day in the life...what you'll do!
Develops and executes advanced recruiting tactics with long-term sales cycles.
Establishes long term relationships with the top local agents and teams within the territory.
Networks through local industry related events.
Conducts outside and inside agent recruiting efforts.
Maintains regular contact and follow up with prospects.
Conducts interviews via phone and in person.
Conducts the hiring process.
Host and coordinates events to attract top agents and teams
Records weekly recruiting videos, posts social media weekly.
Work with HomeSmart executive leadership and department heads to build prospect proposal.
Other duties as assigned.
