We are looking for a creative coordinator to join our team! This position is the direct liaison between Marketing and various departments within the organization to manage and develop new product offerings for agents, coordinates and manages podcasts and webinars, and drives engagement, sales and revenue in the Marketing Design Center and the Online Premier Partner Marketplace.

A day in the life...what you'll do!


  • Collaborates with internal marketing team on a regular basis to maintain proper communication.
  • Works proactively to expand the scope of offerings to support business objectives – drive recruiting, increase retention, increase transactions per agent and increase dollars per address.
  • Works with the internal creative team to assure the execution of high-quality creative execution.
  • Ensures necessary approvals and adheres to current processes and brand, federal and state guidelines.
  • Acts as the Subject Matter Expert for the internal Marketing Design Center and the Marketplace.
  • Creates inspiring new ideas for the Marketing Design Center.
  • Ensures products are properly displayed in the Marketing Design Center and the Online Premier Partner Marketplace.
  • Manages the internal system for uploading new items the Marketing Design center.
  • Manages items within the Marketing Design Center and the Marketplace.
  • Responsible for keeping a positive customer experience within the MDC and the Marketplace.
  • Promotes companies through the marketplace for realtors to suggest to customers.
  • Consistently updates and improves the Marketing Design Center and the Marketplace.
  • Assists to drive sales and revenue through the development, enhancement and presentation of products and resources for the Agents.
  • Coordinates and manages podcasts and webinars that drive engagement, sales, and revenue with the Marketing Design Center, the Online Marketplace, and Premier Partner companies products and services.
  • Tracks, Analyzes and reports key metrics, sales and revenue increases in the Marketing Design Center and the Marketplace.
  • Other duties as assigned.    


Who you are!

High school diploma

Experience coordinating the end to end delivery of products and services, and the end to end delivery of creative design and marketing projects

Experience in project management tools

Organization and project management skills

Effective use of interpersonal and communication skills

Experience working with cross functional teams to the successful completion of a project


Working knowledge of Excel, Adobe Creative Suite and its associated products.
