We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Operations Manager that will be responsible for supporting the brokerage operations team through communication, planning, and program management efforts. You will also be a brand ambassador by maintaining the "Bamily" culture of both the corporate office and the agent community while meeting the financial objectives of the company. 

What you'll do...

●     Completes monthly audits for brokerage operations.

●     Monthly quality assurance.

●     Runs reports and updates monthly scorecards.

●     Maintains process flow/step-by-step process documents across Phoenix brokerage.

●     Conducts monthly audit of competition.

●     Assists with the execution of branch office updates.

●     Assists with maintenance of branch offices.

●     Analyzes industry trends.

●     Analyzes and improves organizational processes, and works to improve quality, productivity and efficiency.

●     Oversees the agent education department and events, the mentorship program as well as the Branch operations.

●     Represents the HomeSmart brand with a high level of professionalism.

●     Provides support for brokerage operations team as needed.

●     Direct management responsibilities.

●     Assists with agent retention efforts with calls, cards, emails, etc.

●     Attends agent networking functions on a regular basis.

●     Other duties as assigned.


Who you are...


  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years operations experience
  • 3+ years leadership experience
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to prepare clear, concise, and well organized written and verbal communication
  • Detail oriented, self-motivated, and ambitious
  • Superb planning and organizing skill set
  • Strong learning agility and flexibility with attention to detail
  • Excellent process management, communication, and interpersonal skills
