The Agent Commission Coordinator must deliver exceptional customer service through expert handling of our customers' (real estate agents) commission orders and files via phone, email and in-person meetings. As an ambassador of the HomeSmart Brand and first point of contact for agent concerns, the transaction services team must interact with all customers and clients in a professional manner and leave a lasting impression. The transaction services team must also maintain knowledge of the company departments and day-to-day operations in order to assist clients and service providers that are in daily contact with the company.

High School diploma or equivalent
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Working knowledge of real estate forms and document procedures preferred
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment required (Word, Google Apps Environment, and various internet browsers)
Exceptional customer service and administrative skills
Ability to work effectively under aggressive deadlines
Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, be reliable, flexible, and work well in a team environment
Effective, positive interpersonal skills are required
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and assertiveness
