The UI/UX Designer works to establish the creative solution and vision of projects for HomeSmart. This position is responsible for creating the user interface design specifications as well as the visual designs of our proprietary software initiatives, analyzing and organizing complex content structure though collaboration with our various teams, and monitoring the existing company web sites and make recommendations to improve user experience and site performance.
This position translates high level requirements into interactive flows and artifacts, and transforms them into beautiful, intuitive and functional user interfaces.
**This is not a 100% remote position.**
