HomeSmart is seeking a passionate, driven and committed individual to join us in the ongoing development and growth of our HomeSmart team.  The Retention Specialist is responsible for the nationwide retention efforts and relationship building on behalf of HomeSmart.

 

What you'll do...

  • Works off a supplied list of contacts to achieve daily goals.
  • Contacts Real Estate agents via phone and email to discuss goals and provide information.
  • Cultivates meaningful relationships with agents.
  • Works closely with teammates to provide information and a positive experience to HomeSmart agents.
  • Learns about our company and technology in order to serve as an ambassador for the business in addition to providing the necessary resources to help agents be successful.
  • Actively contributes to the team's knowledge and effectiveness on a weekly basis.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who you are...

One or more years of experience in customer service; direct sales experience is highly preferred.

Well-spoken on the phone and eloquent in emails.

Exceptional writing skills.

Excellent problem solving, decision making and creative thinking skills.

CRM software experience preferred.

 Self-driven with superior organizational skills, integrity and great follow. through on tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
