As an ambassador of the HomeSmart Brand this individual needs to have the highest level of commitment to customer service excellence.
The Inside/Outside Sales Representative, educates, attracts, and empowers agents to make the right decision in their choice of brokerage with a strong focus on outside recruiting efforts. This entails attending relevant networking events, marking targeted outbound calls, and developing in-market partnerships to further expose HomeSmart to the local real estate community.
What You'll Do:
·Develops and executes recruiting ideas.
·Builds relationships within the real estate industry.
·Networks through local industry related events.
·Conducts outside and inside agent recruiting efforts.
·Communicates the benefits of joining the Company, demonstrates the value proposition.
·Maintains regular contact and follow up with prospects.
·Conducts interviews via phone and in-person.
·Records weekly recruiting videos.
·Posts social media weekly.
·Attends Branch Meetings.
Other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need:
High school diploma or equivalent
Exceptional customer service skill set
Ability to cultivate and build relationships
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Effective and positive interpersonal and communication skills
Exceptional computer skills
Sales experience preferred
