The Network Technician assists internal staff and agents with day-to-day technical needs, maintaining and repairing equipment for the corporate and branch locations, as well as troubleshooting technical challenges throughout our systems.

Who you are...
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service and professional communication skills
3+ years of experience in computer and network troubleshooting
Must have strong troubleshooting/problem solving skills and be mechanically inclined
Experience proactively maintaining windows-based systems and networks
Knowledge of TCP/IP Networking, PC/Server hardware troubleshooting
Windows Operating Systems (Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 2003/2008, Vmware ESXI infrastructure) Mac Operating systems. Linux experience a plus
