This position is responsible for securing and maintaining relationships between event sponsors and SmartPartners & Affiliates. You will be responsible for integrating SmartPartners & Affiliates into digital and material marketing campaigns as well as being their liaison between the brokerage and the agents and coordinating vendors.
What You'll Do...
- Represents the HomeSmart brand through excellent customer service.
- Utilizes strong communication & sales skills to successfully recruit vendors to the program.
- Conducts onboarding – including system-wide integration and communication with accounting, marketing, IT, branch management, operations, etc.
- Accurately runs Vendor Capture Reports, productivity reports and sales analysis reports.
- Ensures that we remain in compliance with vendor contracts.
- Works with brokerage to coordinate sponsorship at agent events/mixers.
- Assists with training/mixers/events.
- Assembles and gathers copy for digital Newsletter.
- Updates any slides as needed for meetings and branch video loops.
- Completes inventory control at branches for all approved and clearing out of unapproved and non-partner materials.
- Orders Marketing materials for as needed.
- Manages and approves all communications and frequency.
- Other duties as assigned.
Who You Are!
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment required (Word, Excel, various internet browsers, etc.).
- Exceptional customer service and administrative skills.
- Effective and positive interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and assertiveness.
- Event coordination experience a plus.
